Roatan Orphanage

Amidst all of the beauty and charm of the Island of Roatan is a group of children that desperately need your help. Not only are they growing up in one of the poorest areas in the western world, they are orphans of the Majken Broby Children's Home on Roatan. The Honduran government provides no support for these children, nor does the Red Cross or any other international relief organization. These poor orphans on Roatan are almost forgotten...

Almost, except for a group of scuba divers that frequent CoCo View Resort on Roatan. It is customary for scuba divers visiting COCO View Resort to bring new school supplies, and consumable supplies like toothbrushes with them when they travel to Roatan and donate the items to the Majken Broby Children's Home. The children are very thankful for even the smallest donation of school supplies, consumable products, or books.

Cash donations are accepted through a 501(c) (3) Charity set up by a group of CoCo View Divers. Cash is needed to help with building repairs, purchase potable drinking water for the children, and to purchase school supplies. Any donation, no matter how small, will greatly improve the lives of these children. Any donation, no matter how small, will be greatly appreciated.
